Founder Jakob Bouna serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Construction Officer, overseeing the company’s broader strategic planning, business development, and standard operations. Jakob holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, as well as a Residential Builders License within the State of Michigan. Having studied real estate finance and managed construction portfolios exceeding $250,000,000 at ACS, Jakob understands the development and construction timeline, procedures, and operations, enabling him to implement a hyper-optimized system built for smooth coordination and efficiency that works for every stage of a deal.
