CoPrint Housing brings together a team that pairs real estate and construction experience with hands-on expertise in 3D printing and robotics — the combination needed to take 3D-printed concrete construction from concept to finished home.
Leadership
Jakob Bouna
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Construction Officer
Founder Jakob Bouna leads CoPrint Housing’s strategic planning, business development, and day-to-day operations, and oversees construction on every build. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Residential Builder’s License in the State of Michigan. Before founding the company, Jakob studied real estate finance and managed construction portfolios exceeding $250 million at ACS, giving him a command of the full development timeline from financing through delivery. He also brings seven years in additive manufacturing as founder of CoPrint Creations, his own 3D-printing venture, where he developed a specialty in Fused Deposition Modeling — a process closely related to 3D-printed concrete. That technical grounding lets him build CoPrint Housing’s process around printing from the ground up.
Andrew Trybus
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Trybus leads the intersection of strategy and financial management at CoPrint Housing. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business and brings four years of experience in robotics and real estate finance, including work as an analyst at the real estate private equity firm Northgate Holdings. Drawing on a background as a software engineer associate and operations analyst, he applies data-driven development, advanced forecasting, and systems optimization to the company’s financial planning and operations.
On-Site Team
CoPrint Housing’s Maxi Printer is operated on site by Jakob Bouna, Ethan Jirjis, and Dylan Poules.
Ethan Jirjis
Lead Printer Operator
Ethan Jirjis directs the on-site deployment and technical operation of the Maxi Printer system. He brings two years of experience in luxury residential construction — a field defined by exacting coordination and quality control — which gives him a sharp focus on the structural detail essential to managing the layer-by-layer printing process. As Lead Printer Operator, he is responsible for printer deployment and operation, material consistency, and structural accuracy.
Dylan Poules
Construction Manager
Dylan Poules oversees the job site, subcontractor coordination, and overall project management. He brings four years of hands-on experience in residential renovation, along with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wayne State University, where he specialized in project estimation and site logistics. The combination of field experience and formal training allows him to integrate 3D-printed elements with traditional trades and keep projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with local code.
